Auspice 宜时
A sign read from what is actually there.
Auspice tells you what today suits and what it does not, draws the cards, casts the lines, computes your four pillars and your natal chart, finds your eight sectors, and measures a hand or a face through the camera. Every one of those is computed on your device from the method of its own tradition — not guessed at, and not fetched from a server.
What it does
- Almanac 黄历 — 宜 and 忌 for a day, with 建除十二神, 二十八宿, the yellow and black roads, 吉神凶煞, 彭祖百忌 and the twelve double hours. Ask whether a day suits a particular undertaking and it answers from the tables, or says plainly that they are silent.
- Tarot 塔罗 — one card, three, or the Celtic cross, from a full shuffle of seventy-eight.
- I Ching 易经 — three coins or yarrow stalks, with the moving lines and the rule from 《易学启蒙》 that decides where the answer is read.
- BaZi 八字 — four pillars from the solar terms and true solar time, the day master and its strength, the five elements and the luck cycles.
- Astrology 星盘 — the sky at your birth from the ephemeris, with today's transits against it.
- Feng shui 风水 — your 八宅 gua, the eight sectors, and the one you are facing right now.
- Palmistry 手相 and face reading 面相 — read from measured proportion, live through the camera. No photograph is taken or kept.
- The books 答案之书 — ask once, and the page falls where it falls.
And a reader to talk to
The conversation can run any of those for you and read the result back. It does not invent a card or a pillar: it asks the engine, receives the computed facts, and reads them. If you ask about a hand, it opens the camera.
